The family suite provided ample space for our group, specifically with two queen beds accommodating all our luggage comfortably. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring both western and Asian dishes, ensuring everyone found something they liked.
The elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, after which you're faced with a spiral staircase, which can be cumbersome after a long day. Our elevator broke twice, leaving us stranded and the water supply was interrupted for 4 hours during our stay. the bedding felt damp, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and we had to resort to plugging under the door with incense to mitigate the smell on the 8th floor.
