Charming hotel with a cozy atmosphere and great management. The staff is accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The balcony in the premium room offers a nice view of the bustling street. Breakfast had plenty of choices but could use more variety in hot dishes.

The staff was the best thing about my stay at Posh, but it was followed closely by the size of my room. The staff was super friendly and very helpful - they suggested some great places for me to go and to do and were happy to help me with getting setup with a new SIM and with the post. The room was significantly larger than I expected, and for someone who travels a lot that was a very welcomed suprize! The location turned out o be better than expected too, I was able to check out the Night Market which was right around the corner...
No complaints at all - Normally I don't like hotel food, but even here I was impressed with the quality and the price!

We can not recommend this hotel because the staff working at Hanoi Posh Hotel was terrible and so rude. The location was also not good as this hotel located in the streets selling painting so the smelt was terrible. Poor breakfast and old room also

The position of the hotel was as described and very central - within walking distance to many of the sights. The staff spoke English very well and were extremely helpful at all times. The room was OK comfort wise but the beds were a little on the hard side. The best thing was that the room was very quiet and the fact that there was no window letting in daylight meant that we could sleep a little later in the mornings without being woken
The breakfast at the hotel was a little restrictive although there was a basic selection of fresh fruit and a menu which you could order one item from. When taking a shower or a bath the floor would flood completely and it was hard to determine where the water was coming from. The tv was the old tube style and had very few channels. Missed the kettle for making tea/coffee

The unit we got was silent with the bedroom and great bathrooms.

The family suite provided ample space for our group, specifically with two queen beds accommodating all our luggage comfortably. The breakfast selection was excellent, with both western and Asian dishes, ensuring everyone found something they liked.
The bedding felt damp, made for an uncomfortable night's sleep, and we had to resort to plugging under the door with incense to mitigate the smell on the 8th floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
Need to be careful with over charging on things like laundry, etc. Too many staff and they don't necessarily communicate with each other. i was upgraded to a larger room by one member of staff but when it came to check-out, the staff on desk new nothing about it and charged for the upgrade. Took too much effort to resolve the matter.

I have been to Hanoi five times and obviously I love the city- it is just so vibrant, bustling and fascinating. So I am pleased I have found this hotel! The Posh Hotel is right in the middle of all the action- just walk out the door and you are slap-bang in the middle of the Old Quarter. Best of all, though, is the staff at the hotel. They are just quite simply fantastic and for me this is what makes or breaks a stay in a city like Hanoi. If you want to really do more than scratch the surface of all the city has to offer, you need good advice from caring, genuine, well informed people and this is where the staff of the Posh outdoes other hotels I have stayed at in Hanoi. This place is exactly what I look for in a hotel and I can't rate it highly enough!
No complaints for a hotel in this price bracket it.
